Press Release | Missoula County Health Department using PatientOne to Tackle COVID-19

Health Department Turns to Local Remote Patient Monitoring Company to Protect Workers, Patients, Resources

(Missoula, MT; April 6, 2020) — PatientOne, a leading remote patient monitoring company with headquarters in Missoula, Montana, announces that the Missoula City-County Health Department has begun using their software to remotely monitor symptoms and provide support in suspected cases of COVID-19. PatientOne, in its efforts to combat the spread of COVID-19, has long-offered remote monitoring to practices and hospitals around the country, and in March of this year, created specialized COVID-19 protocols for use by their existing customers.

CEO and President Jeff Fee stated, “What we have here is one of the most advanced remote monitoring platforms, created to solve the necessity of connecting patients to their providers at the time of need, regardless of physical location. We are glad to be part of the COVID-19 response, both in Missoula and nationally. Our hope is that we can help keep people who have been exposed to COVID-19 with mild to no symptoms in isolation and out of the hospital, helping free up resources for those who truly need them.”
